Protect & strip out
Dust sheets and sealed doorways, then the old bathroom removed back to bare walls and floor.
- 02
Plumbing & electrics
Pipework and wiring moved and renewed, then pressure-tested before anything is closed up.
- 03
Wet-area walls
Cement-based render or cement / waterproof boards in wet zones — never standard gypsum behind a shower.
- 04
Floor preparation
Timber floors screwed down and finished with an uncoupling membrane; concrete floors levelled with screed.
- 05
Waterproofing
Shower area and floor tanked, with reinforcing tape in every corner and around every pipe.
- 06
Drying time
Render, screed and tanking left to cure, so no moisture is trapped behind the tiles.
- 07
Tiling & fitting
Tiles set out and fixed with the right adhesive, then sanitaryware, testing and a final clean.

What is the 3D design gift?
When you sign your build contract with us, we include a 3D interior design of your space as a gift — so you can see the finished result, choose finishes with confidence and avoid costly changes later.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation and site visit are free. You'll receive a written, line-by-line quote so you can compare like-for-like.
I already have a quote from another builder. Can you check it?
