How much does a renovation cost in London?

It's very common — planning drawings show what can be built, not what it costs. Send us your drawings for a free cost check. We'll show you where the money goes and suggest ways to fit your budget: a simpler structure, choosing the finish level room by room, or building in phases.
What is the 3D design gift?
When you sign your build contract with us, we include a 3D interior design of your space as a gift — so you can see the finished result, choose finishes with confidence and avoid costly changes later.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation and site visit are free. You'll receive a written, line-by-line quote so you can compare like-for-like.
I already have a quote from another builder. Can you check it?
Absolutely. Send it to us and we'll review it for free, point out anything missing and give you our price — usually with three options: essential, premium and luxury.
