How much does a renovation cost in London?
It depends on size, scope and finish level. Use our calculator for an instant range, then we'll visit and give you a fixed, itemised quote — free of charge and with no obligation.
We already have planning permission, but the quotes are over our budget. What can we do?
It's very common — planning drawings show what can be built, not what it costs. Send us your drawings for a free cost check. We'll show you where the money goes and suggest ways to fit your budget: a simpler structure, choosing the finish level room by room, or building in phases.
What is the 3D design gift?
When you sign your build contract with us, we include a 3D interior design of your space as a gift — so you can see the finished result, choose finishes with confidence and avoid costly changes later.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation and site visit are free. You'll receive a written, line-by-line quote so you can compare like-for-like.
I already have a quote from another builder. Can you check it?
Absolutely. Send it to us and we'll review it for free, point out anything missing and give you our price — usually with three options: essential, premium and luxury.
Do you handle planning permission and building control?
We do. Our in-house design team prepares drawings and coordinates planning, building control and party wall matters where needed.
Will my quote change during the project?
Not unless you change the scope. Our quotes are itemised and fixed — if you ask for something extra, we price it in writing before any work starts.
How do payments work?
You pay in stages as work is completed and signed off. No large sums up front.
Can we live at home during the works?
Often, yes. We phase the work, protect your belongings, control dust and clean the site daily. For full refurbishments we'll advise honestly on what's most comfortable.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All our work comes with comprehensive guarantees, and our aftercare team is on hand if anything ever needs attention.
