Flat roof falls and drainage
Rooflights on a flat roof need precise falls — we built up the roof to direct water away from the upstands and the house.

Glare and heat
Large glazing faces the garden; we specified solar-control glass and integrated blinds so the room stays comfortable.

Working above the neighbours' boundary
Roof works were planned with the neighbours and scaffold protection to keep everyone safe.
